Business Listings

  • Business listings must contain accurate and up-to-date information
  • We reserve the right to remove or modify listings that violate our guidelines
  • Listing fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • Featured placements are subject to availability and our approval
  • You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us license to display it

Prohibited Activities

  • Posting spam, malware, or malicious content
  • Impersonating other businesses or individuals
  • Scraping or harvesting data from the platform without permission
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Using the platform to distribute unsolicited commercial messages
  • Violating intellectual property rights of others

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on PCMC Connect, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PCMC Connect or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability

  • Statements or conduct of any third party on the platform

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pimpri Chinchwad Connect and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Account Termination
